No. All prices are shown excluding VAT. With 21% VAT, the fixed desk comes to €423.50 / month, the flexible desk to €302.50 / month and the meeting room to €36.30 / hour.
The fixed desk is for members: always the same desk, your own key and alarm code for 24/7 access, storage, your logo at the entrance and on the website, and 8 hours of meeting room time a month. The flexible desk has no assigned spot and is for use Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 17:00.
Yes. If you book your desk for a full year, you get 10% off the monthly rate.
It's a professional address in Palma without having to occupy a desk. There are three plans, from €45 / month: business address, tax address, receipt of mail and parcels, meeting room hours and a local phone number with call forwarding.
