How much does a desk at Homey Coworking cost?
A member's fixed desk costs €350 / month, + VAT, with your own key and 24/7 access, storage, your logo at the entrance and on the website, and 8 hours of meeting room time a month. A flexible desk costs €250 / month, + VAT, Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 17:00. Book for a year and you get 10% off. Full details on our pricing page.
Where is Homey Coworking?
Can I come in outside opening hours?
Yes, if you're a member. The fixed desk includes your own key and alarm code, so you can get in 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The flexible desk is for use Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 17:00.
Do you offer a virtual office?
Yes, from €45 / month, + VAT: a business or tax address in Palma, receipt of mail and parcels, meeting room hours and a local phone number with call forwarding. See the three plans on our pricing page.
Can I hire the meeting room by the hour?
Yes. The private meeting room holds up to 8 people, has a 65" screen and costs €30 per hour or €180 for a full day, + VAT.
What does a desk include?
Desk, chair and shelving; high-speed internet; printers, scanners and a binding room; a shared meeting room; air conditioning and heating; a kitchen with fridge, microwave and coffee machine; a relaxation area; and security with cameras and an alarm.
What is the space like?
It's 400 m² with 26 spacious desks, a reception, meeting rooms, a kitchen, relaxation areas, a 3D printer and a vertical garden, all in a warm design of wood and marble. Take a look in the gallery.
Do you have rates for companies?
Yes. We offer a special price for companies renting desks. Write to us and we'll put together a proposal.
