The purpose of the terms: the Website

The purpose of these General Terms of Use (hereinafter, the Terms) is to regulate access to and use of the Website. For the purposes of these Terms, the Website means: the external appearance of the screen interfaces, both static and dynamic, that is, the navigation tree; all the elements integrated into both the screen interfaces and the navigation tree (hereinafter, the Contents); and all those online services or resources that it may offer to Users (hereinafter, the Services).

Coworking Homey reserves the right to modify, at any time and without prior notice, the presentation and configuration of the Website and of the Contents and Services that may be incorporated into it. The User acknowledges and accepts that Coworking Homey may at any time interrupt, deactivate and/or cancel any of these elements integrated into the Website or access to them.

Access to the Website by the User is open and, as a general rule, free of charge, without the User having to provide any consideration in order to enjoy it, except for the cost of connecting through the telecommunications network supplied by the access provider contracted by the User.

The Coworking Homey Website provides a wide variety of information, services and data. The User assumes responsibility for making proper use of the Website. This responsibility extends to:

  • Using the information, Contents and/or Services and data offered by Coworking Homey in a way that is not contrary to these Terms, the law, morality or public order, or that could in any other way harm the rights of third parties or the operation of the Website itself.

The User declares that they are of legal age and have sufficient legal capacity to be bound by these Terms. Therefore, this Coworking Homey Website is not aimed at minors. Coworking Homey declines all liability for failure to meet this requirement.

The Website is aimed mainly at Users residing in Spain. Coworking Homey does not guarantee that the Website complies with the laws of other countries, either wholly or in part. The relationship between the User and Coworking Homey shall be governed by the legislation in force and applicable in Spanish territory. Should any dispute arise concerning the interpretation and/or application of these Terms, the parties shall submit their disputes to the ordinary courts, submitting to the judges and courts that have jurisdiction according to law.
